We’re here to share what’s happening across our projects – from kitchens taking shape to conservatories being transformed and everything in between. This is where you’ll find news of current work we’re tackling and past projects we’re proud to have completed for customers across the South West.
What’s Inside
I’m Wayne and alongside Mark and our team, we’ve been building and renovating homes across Devon, Dorset and Somerset for years now. We’ve learned that people want to see what’s actually possible – not just read about it.
That’s why these pages showcase genuine projects. The kitchens that have gone from cramped to brilliant. The extensions that added space families didn’t think they had. The conservatories that became rooms people actually use year-round. Every project tells a story about what can be achieved when you plan properly and work with builders who care about getting things right.
We’ve been doing this long enough to have opinions worth sharing. Building regulations change. Construction techniques evolve. New materials come onto the market that genuinely improve how homes perform.
Our views aren’t corporate speak or marketing waffle. They’re based on what we see working on real projects for real families. When we recommend an approach, it’s because we’ve done it before and watched it succeed. When we suggest caution about something, it’s usually because we’ve learned the hard way.
From the rolling hills of Somerset to the coastal charm of Dorset and the character of Devon properties, we’re working across landscapes that each bring their own challenges and opportunities. Older cottages need different thinking to modern builds. Exposed locations require particular attention to weatherproofing. Listed buildings demand specialist knowledge.
We’ll share what we’re seeing – the trends that make sense and the ones that don’t, the innovations worth considering and the regulatory changes affecting homeowners. Whether it’s groundbreaking developments, proven construction techniques or just practical advice about maintaining your property, you’ll find it here.
We’re watching the South West’s property landscape evolve, one renovation at a time. The families adding space for growing needs. The homeowners finally tackling that conservatory that never quite worked. The kitchen transformations that change how people use their homes.
These aren’t just jobs to us. They’re improvements to homes where people build their lives and we take that seriously.
Whether you’re planning something specific or just mulling over possibilities, we’re always happy to talk. No obligation, no pressure – just honest conversation about what might work for your home and your budget.
We offer free quotations and practical advice based on years of experience. Most of our work comes from recommendations and repeat customers, which tells you everything about our approach.
